Your satisfaction is extremely important. Each item is
inspected for defects before shipment to ensure its quality.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please
feel free to contact us within 30 days of the original
purchase date for a return authorization. Refunds cover the
original purchase price, less the shipping costs for both
the purchase and the return. We do not refund shipping
charges. If the return is a result of an error on our part,
the customer is exempt from paying the original and return
shipping costs. The item returned must be in its original
condition (uncut, unwashed, undyed, unaltered in any form,
etc.) in order for us to accept and process your return.
To return an item, follow the instructions listed below:
1. Contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date
of the item you are returning.
2. Once you have
received return authorization, you will be emailed a UPS
Shipping label to be printed and taped to the box. The UPS
shipping label is provided for your convenience and its use
is optional. It is very important that you
record your shipping number so
the package can be tracked during transit. We are not
responsible for returned products that we do not receive.
3. Package your items as they were packaged when you
received them. Include a copy of the receipt that you
printed when you finalized your order. If you are returning
one item from a multiple-item order, you may mail us a copy
and retain the original for your records.
4. Mail us the package, and
when we receive and process the return, we will credit your card with the
original purchase price, minus the cost of shipping both ways, if applicable.
